Sales and Acquisitions Manager, Ken Price, is responsible for relationship and new business management, along with land acquisitions. He identifies and carries out due diligence on new land developments for construction projects that could be suitable for investment sales.
Packaging BA Murphy dwelling designs for sales partners’ investment channels; Ken nurtures relationships with current sales partners, as well as fostering and growing new sales partner opportunities.
With a background in real estate, and a past owner of two award-winning construction supply businesses in Western Australia prior to moving to Queensland; Ken has an impressive skill set that is a perfectly aligned to his role at BA Murphy. Ken holds a full Queensland Real Estate license, and a Queensland Construction White Card; he undergoes regular industry training and professional self-development, as do the entire team at BA Murphy.
When not working Ken enjoys surfing, rugby, and going to the gym; he is also an active supporter of The Boardroom – a group of local Sunshine Coast surfers supporting families on the coast who have children with severe disabilities.
