Commercial Construction

We have blended a team of high functioning, property professionals with a vast array of experiences both during and prior to joining BA Murphy Constructions. We therefore have a variety of internal skills available to choose from, when selecting our project delivery teams for any specific project.

Our Estimating and Project teams work closely with our loyal sub contractor base to produce the most economic outcome for tendered projects. We engage in a variety of construction delivery agreements, alongside the standard tender process, that are designed to best suit the project needs.

Early Contractor Involvement

Sometimes referred to as Preferred Contractor Deeds, this is a relationship-based procurement contract which leverages the experience of our team at the earliest opportunity. The focus is on adding value to the project by influencing the development and its design for better cost, quality, time and constructability outcomes.

The benefit of an ECI process to the client is:

BA Murphy provides an in-house design and project team who have extensive experience across architecture, planning, environment, safety, development management and sales. This means we can add great value to any project, from concept to completion.
