Human Resources Manager, Catherine Bell, is responsible for supporting and developing existing BA Murphy staff members, as well as recruiting new members to the team when required.
Catherine has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in the manufacturing sector prior to joining BA Murphy. She is a key driver of professional development, key performance indicators (KPIs), staff training and initiatives, as well as dealing with conflict resolution, and facilitating a supportive, solution and goal-focused environment for BA Murphy employees.
With strong communication, administrative, and operation skills; Catherine works closely with the Director and management to ensure that BA Murphy employees are not only productive and performing at their optimum level but are also happy with their workplace environment and are enjoying a healthy work/life balance.
Catherine undergoes regular industry training and professional self-development, as do the entire team at BA Murphy.
When not working Catherine enjoys keeping fit, camping on the beach, and just generally embracing life to the fullest.
